Sister Mei Ling is a digital teacher and creative project operated from the United States. Sister Mei Ling herself is a digital embodiment — an AI-generated character. The teachings, words, and practices she shares are drawn from contemplative traditions and written by the project's human team. See the About page for more.
Prices in USD. We may update prices, products, or features at any time. Any change applies to new purchases; what you have already bought is not affected.
All purchases are processed by Whop, our payment partner. When you click a "Buy" button, you leave our site and complete the purchase on Whop. Whop's terms and privacy policy apply to the checkout itself.
Once payment is confirmed, you receive access to the product via Whop's delivery system. You do not need to create an account on our site — Whop manages your access.
14-day refund window. If a product is not what you expected, write to mei@sistermeiling.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.
After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion and generally not granted unless there is a technical fault with the product (e.g., a broken download link).
EU residents have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Our 14-day policy meets and matches that right. Note that under EU rules, if you begin consuming a digital product (e.g., downloading the ebook), you may waive this right — but in practice we still honor the 14-day window for any reason.
Sister Mei Ling's teachings are reflections, not advice. Nothing here is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. The content is for general inspiration and personal practice only.

If you subscribe to the newsletter or purchase a product, you agree to provide accurate information, not impersonate others, and not abuse the service (spam signups, fraudulent payments, harassment of the project team, etc.). We may suspend or terminate access for any of these reasons.
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, or specific outcomes from any practice.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Site, the newsletter, or any product is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some states do not allow this limitation, in which case it does not apply to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may also have the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via the newsletter. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.
